Lori has just posted some new work online. Lori’s landscapes still look stunning. We love the West Coast waves, she’s painted that in her own original style whilst still capturing the essence of the actual scene.

We would also like to welcome new virtual resident Jacqueline van den Berg of Coastal Images, Wellington. Our first Wellington Artist, welcome Jacqui!

Jacqui lives on Wellington’s Kapiti Coast and her love of the sea is reflected in her work. Seascape type of themes from fish and shells to portholes feature strongly in her paintings and create a wonderful lasting impression of those long lazy summer days at the beach.

As promised, here is the first of our new line up this month. Let us introduce you to Janet Jordan.

Janet is a landscape artist of merit. She paints her wonderfully rustic New Zealand landscapes such as old tramping huts in her preferred medium of chalk pastel although has also worked in oils.
